Jordan Retro 3/4 White Metallic V (5)

The Air Jordan 5 (V) White Metallic was one of the first Air Jordan 5 Retros to receive 23 stitched on the side, which was stitched silver with a black drop shadow. This drew many fans to enjoy the new colorways. They feature an all white leather upper with silver accents and 3M reflective tongue.They released on July 1, 2000 and retailed for $120. Finding a deadstock pair without any yellowing is not the easiest, but expect to pay $300 and up.These are truly one of a kind and adored by Jordan fiends, who would love to have these in their collection. These sneakers have got to be one of my favorite shoes in my collection.

(P.S. the netting is only yellowed out because of age. Keep in mind that these shoes are 10 years old.)

Nike Blazer High Vintage

As part of Nike’s Vintage Collection, Nike had released several colorways of the classic Nike Blazer on February 2009. They had released three different colorways as part of this package.The color schemes being royal blue, pine green, and varsity red. All three feature suede uppers along with yellowed soles for that old school look. They also come with a vintage looking Nike shoe box. The pair that is in my collection are the royal blue Vintage Blazer. Nike will later release Dunk Highs, Terminators, and Vandals to relase under the Nike Vintage Collection as well.

Nike Dunk Low 1 Piece

The Nike Dunk Low 1 Piece is a seemless shoe and features a varsity red, lime green, and brown colorway. The toebox and side panels almost look drawn- on to the shoe itself, hence the name “1 piece”. What makes these dunks so different is that instead of having the different layers of materials stitched on, the entire "Nike Dunk" design is lasered in. Even the shoe box somewhat has its own laser design. On the top of the slide-out box it features a hole at the top which happens to be the Nike Swoosh.

Nike SB "Shanghai II"

The Nike Dunk SB Low "Shanghai 2" are a sequel to the Shanghai Dunk. They are a pink box series Nike SB, releasing September 9, 2005. They feature a very unique design mixing various materials, including distressed leather, which adds a very nice touch. The Pro SB Shanghai II is also the first Dunk SB released to have extra external designing, featuring cross stitching around middle.They also come with an extra set of rope laces. The color way was contributed to Nike SB from Runyo Chen. They retailed for $90 and now market for around $200.

Jordan Flint Grey 15 (XV)

The Air Jordan XV (15) was released in 1999/2000. This was the first shoe to release after Michael's retirement. It could't have been easy for Nike to decide to release a shoe when the athlete that was connected to this product had just retired. But the decision turned out to be good. The design of the XV's originated from the air craft X-15 which was developed by NASA during the 1950's. The tounge of the shoe was sticking out in a style that very much made your thoughts go directly to Michael himself and his tounge sticking out. The sides of the shoe are designed by a woven pattern. Other specifications include a hidden lace system, seamless dynamic fit sleeve and Zoom Air insoles. They also feature an injected TPR external heel counter for additional support. The outsole is constructed from two pieces with extended wraps, as well as rubber herringbone pods for increased traction.
The Original (OG) Air Jordan Flint Grey 15 (XV) was released on April 1, 2000. They retailed for $150. The upper features white leather, as well as grey woven materials. Although this particular colorway is nice, the Air Jordan 15 (XV) is regarded as the ugliest Air Jordan ever. Tinker Hatfield and the rest of the crew at Jordan Brand have nothing to brag about when it comes to these.

Nike SB "Money Cat" Low

The Nike Dunk SB Low "Money Cats" is based off of the Maneki Neko (aka Welcoming Cat, Lucky Cat, Money cat or Fortune Cat), a Japanese sculpture, often made of porcelain or ceramic, which is believed to give good luck to the owner. This Nike Dunk SB extracts inspiration from the sculpture that depicts a cat signalling with an upright paw, which is usually displayed in stores, restaurants, pachinko parlors, and other businesses. The shoe features a suede front and synthetic back with red stitching seen throughout the shoe. The tongue tab has a custom font made for the "Money Cat" package saying "Nike SB". The tongue tabs also has a small quote written onto it. The quote chosen for the "Money Cat" lows was "Get that money." This colorway and design was constructed by James Keoni Arizumi and Triplett.

Air Jordan OG Obsidian 12 (XVII)

The Air Jordan 12 (XII) Original (OG)Obsidians were released on February of 1997, retailing for $135. They feature a obsidian blue and white upper, as well as a white sole. The Air Jordan has some history and deep thought that went into it. It was inspired by the “Nisshoki”, which is the Japanese rising sun flag, as well as a 19th century women’s dress boot. It features stitched leather which radiates outward like sun rays, and this theme extends all the way to the arch of the shoe. The arch features two large rands, which run along the midsole, and feature embossed lizard skin. The purpose of these rands is to provide some sort of structural support to the uppers. The outsole of the shoe features a modified herringbone pattern, which provides great traction and grip. Also, the Air Jordan 12 (XII) is the first to use Nike’s patented Zoom Air technology, making it quite comfortable. The rubber outsole is heavy but very durable and sturdy.
