Nike Foamposite "Eggplant" Campout

The Eggplant Foamposites are back! As you all may know Nike has rereleased the Nike "Eggplant" Foamposites. They have released on March 6th of this year. Right after the successful launch of the Copper Foamposite, Nike gives everyone a second chance at getting a pair of the Eggplant Foams. They released at any local Footlocker and specially selected sneaker retailers. The Eggplants feature an all purple foamposite material and also black suede. They are one of the freshest colorways for any of the Foamposites.

Nike SB "Tokyo Blue Bird Taxi" (Cab Series)

The Nike SB Tokyo Blue Bird Taxi features an all chlorine blue leather upper which sits on a white midsole, and also features a black outsole. The inner lining and laces are also black. This Nike SB Taxi Cab Series Dunks Bluebird was only available in Premium SB account and came with an extra pair of driving gloves. It is inspired by the taxis driven in Tokyo, Japan. The Taxi Cab series by Nike SB released other models resembling taxi’s from different locations in the world. These, however, are my favorites ones from the series package. Not only are they my favorites from the series, but they are one of my favorite Nike SB colorways that they have out. They retailed for $85 and now market for around $150.00.

Rare Footage Review

Rare Footage has got to be one of the best local sneaker shops that I have seen in South Florida. When I first heard that there was a sneaker shop at the Hard Rock Hotel, all I thought was it would be like any sneaker shop you would see in the mall...I thought wrong. Rare Footage is a unique sneaker store. It has a cinema based theme, making it different than any other sneaker store you have seen. To go along with this theme the word "Footage" in the name "Rare Footage" is used to explicate the cinema theme and that they are a sneaker vendor. The word "Footage" also features two film reels as the "O's". The inside of the store features the seats you would see in a movie theater and has a large screen in the back to display some entertainment, such as television. Also, to add onto their Hollywood theme, Rare Footage has had many celebrity visits. This list of celebrities includes people such as Gnarls Barkley,Chris Brown, Pharrell, Clipse, P Diddy, DJ Khaled, Fat Joe, John Legend, TI, Lil' Wayne, and many more. They have a display along the ceiling border with photos of these celebrites. At night, the store has a DJ who mixes a variety of music which helps you fit into the sneaker culture and helps you feel comfortable to be inside of the store.

dunkXchange 02/27/10

Dunkxchange was held in Hollywood, Florida's Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino this weekend. It took place in Opium Venue. This dunkXchange has got to be the best DXC event i have been to so far. The venue that they chose for it was a lot bigger than the other ones and a far more larger crowd had came, making it a fenomenal event. I have put together another video to show how the event went.
